You may return any unused candles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The candles must be in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive your returned candles and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you would like to exchange your candles for a different scent or product, please indicate this when contacting us. We will ship your exchange items once we receive your return.
If you receive damaged or defective candles, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged items.
